The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is reportedly taking necessary measures to resolve the temporary difficulties that have arisen in the MCA 21 e-Governance portal of the ministry. At the same time, in order to alleviate the problems faced by stakeholders, the ministry has issued a public circular informing stakeholders of the decision to waive off any additional fee for delayed filing of statutory submission. This circular is available on the ministry's website.
The MCA 21 e-Governance portal of the ministry is presently undergoing transition of its operations/services to a new service provider. Recently the ministry changed its service provider from TCS to Infosys for MCA 21 project, following which users found it difficult to access the information on its websites.
The ministry has announced that the present difficulties in the services provided to stakeholders are only temporary in nature. It boasts that it is taking necessary measures to resolve them.
